After 16 years of membership in good standing with The Border Terrier Club of Ontario and The Border Terrier Club of Canada, due to criminal behaviours that were not only maliciously premeditated and applauded, but rewarded and endorsed- It is simply inexcusable; I can not in good conscience continue to support the encouragement of such abusive behaviour within the club’s members.
