I am so relieved to have found Susan as Bandits new groomer. It is obvious Susan cares, her patience and calming nature are wonderful. It only took Bandit seconds to relax upon their second meeting. Even with Bandits high anxiety issues I have every confidence that Bandit will not need his muzzle anymore. I loved how handsome and happy he was after he was groomed.
