I discovered Susan up here in Perkinsfield earlier this year and I am so lucky I did! My chihuahua is reactive and has to be muzzled during his grooming appointments but Susan always takes the muzzle off and comforts him. She has no problem handling him and alerts me to health concerns... she once discovered that Poco had an ear infection that I never even noticed! She is great with his nails and brushing him out - he hardly sheds when he comes home. I used to be so nervous when I took him in for grooming but now I have peace of mind. Thank you Susan!
